Guevorg is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Massage Therapy Association.
He is actively committed to exercise and Massage therapy for health and wellness. Guevorg personally works out regularly and has experience providing personal training. He is focused on assessment and goal oriented Massage treatment plans for people with acute and chronic conditions, athletes and people wanting to achieve a higher state of wellness or just to maintain a good state of wellbeing.
Guevorg incorporates many different Massage techniques in collaboration with a client to achieve the desired results. He employs trigger point therapy, deep tissue release, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, joint mobilizations, deep compression, remedial exercises and stretches. He emphasizes communication and client education to ensure the best results.

Laura is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is also a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario.
Laura has graduate from Fleming College in Peterborough and is very excited about starting her new career in Ottawa.
Laura's treatment plans are based on a thorough initial assessment, goal setting, homecare as well as education for the client. Her treatment methods vary from trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, myofascial release, joint mobilizations and hydrotherapy.
Laura welcomes clients with acute and chronic conditions as well as those wanting to achieve a higher state of wellness through body awareness.
Laura's high priority is to ensure that your return to full health is therapeutic as well as relaxing.

Susan Aboud, RMT

Susan is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario.
She has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since her graduation from the International Academy of Massage in Ottawa in 2008. Susan bases her treatments on each client’s individual goals with techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, pre/post-natal massage, hydrotherapy as well as general Swedish techniques.
Client education is also very important to Susan, such as postural awareness, office ergonomics as well as home care stretching and strengthening exercises.
Susan is available for some morning and evening appointments for your convenience.

Aron Vidarsson, RMT

Aron is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
He came to Canada from Iceland to study Massage Therapy and graduated in 2008 from the International Academy of Massage. After graduation Aron returned to Iceland and worked in a clinic before returning to Canada in 2009 to start his career in Ottawa.
Aron has worked in both the spa and clinical environments and uses a combination of therapeutic and relaxation techniques to achieve client goals of better overall health and wellness. His treatments vary from sports related injuries, pre/post-natal work, deep tissue massage as well as relaxation and hot stone therapy.
Aron looks forward to helping you get back on track and achieving your goals of better health.
