Guevorg Khatchatourov
Guevorg is the founder of Healthy Choice Massage Therapy Clinic, and a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He is also a member of the Ontario Massage Therapy Association. He employs trigger point therapy, deep tissue release, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, joint mobilizations, deep compression, remedial exercises and stretches as well as Graston Techniques.


Laura Tracey, RMT

Laura Tracey Laura is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is also a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario. Her treatment methods vary from trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, myofascial release, joint mobilizations and hydrotherapy.


Susan Aboud, RMT

Susan Aboud Susan is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario.Susan bases her treatments on each client’s individual goals with techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, pre/post-natal massage, hydrotherapy as well as general Swedish techniques.


Aron Vidarsson, RMT

Aron Vidarsson Aron is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. His treatments vary from sports related injuries, pre/post-natal work, deep tissue massage as well as relaxation and hot stone therapy.



Lang Ngov, RMT

Lang NgovLang is a Registered Massage Therapist and a native to Ottawa. She is a graduate from the Algonquin College Massage Therapy program.
Lang has hands-on clinical experience and strives to offer a positive experience for all clients. She takes great care in tailoring each client’s massage session through a client-centered care focus.



Dr. Stephen Sarrazin, ND

Dr. Stephen SarrazinDr. Stephen Sarrazin, ND, has trained widely in the practice of Naturopathic Medicine. He is licensed to practice in the province of Ontario with the regulatory body, The College of Naturopaths of Ontario.

Dr. Sarrazin has received a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. He places special emphasis on the doctor-patient relationship and in empowering his patients to more effectively manage their own health.


Niels Aschengreen, RMT

Niels AschengreenNiels is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He is also educated in the Danish system ‘Body Self Development’ which specializes in deep tissue massage and joint mobilization. He has a holistic, client centered approach to massage and believes that the therapist catalyses the client’s self-healing process through intuition, empathy and the use of appropriate techniques.


Andrea Sternberg, RMT

Andrea SternbergAndrea sees massage therapy as a blend of art and science where intuition and knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics are given consideration during treatment. It is her philosophy that the body has an innate healing capacity that can be supported with massage therapy and other modalities.



Brittney Wescott, RMT

Brittney WescottBrittney is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the massage therapy program at Algonquin College. Her ability to recognize various issues simply by the way the tissues felt were evident from a young age when a family member developed a painful chronic illness.

Consequently, she decided to pursue a career in massage and her passion thrives on using massage to help those who are experiencing chronic pain. Her strengths include listening thoroughly to others, problem solving and the desire to make a helpful change in people’s lives.


Sarah Hamdan, RD, B.HSc

Sarah HamdanSarah Hamdan is a graduate of the University of Ottawa Nutrition Program, a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario, as well as a member of the Dietitians of Canada. Areas of focus include ethnic/cultural foods, budget-friendly cooking and preparation, pregnancy nutrition, infant and toddler nutrition, nutrition for the elderly, weight loss, diabetes, hypertension and heart disease.
